Back in this video link, we watched — or at least, I gave you a link to watch — Robert Youngson's film, When Comedy Was King. It was just one of several movies Mr. Youngson assembled of clips from silent films. My pal Scott Edelman suggested I also link to another Youngson production, Days of Thrills and Laughter. This one spends some time on dramatic and daring films along with the slapstick and I'm less familiar with it because it didn't run incessantly on Los Angeles TV when I was a lad.
