I just read Paul Krugman's "In Defense of Obama." It pretty much seems to come down to an argument that Obama has done as much as any man could do against such rabid, intractable opposition from the Opposition. If I overlook my fear that we are about to do all the wrong things in certain Islamic States, I think I agree with Krugman. I certainly believe we are much better off than if we'd installed McCain/Palin or Romney/Ryan.
