Here's Bert Lahr doing a sketch on The Ed Sullivan Show on April 23, 1967. I think the other guy in the skit is Danny Dayton.
If this wasn't Lahr's last performance on television, it was close to it. He passed away later that year while shooting the film, The Night They Raided Minsky's. Neil Simon once said among his greatest regrets was that he didn't write The Sunshine Boys ten years earlier when Bert Lahr was alive and active enough to star in it.
