Legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin explains why firing James Comey was an abuse of power and he also writes about the rules under which Robert Mueller will conduct his investigation. Apparently, it will be up to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to decide how much of Mueller's report will be made public.
