The elusive Republican "replace" Health Plan has been released and experts are scurrying to analyze it. Sarah Kliff has an early entry and we'll probably see a lot more projections, as well as arguments over whose projections are biased and phony. There were promises it would (1) cover everyone, (2) provide better care and (3) cost individuals less. So far, it looks like it will just cost the government less. In fact, it doesn't even look like it was assembled by anyone who wanted to do any of those three things but figured, "Well, maybe we can convince a lot of people that it does."
