To the extent I've thought about Syria, my thoughts run along the lines of Kevin Drum's. I'll be glad if we don't start dropping bombs there (or anywhere) and I don't really have an opinion or care if this was Obama's plan all along.
While we're at it, I also agree with Kevin about Obamacare. We're going to hear every glitch, every clerical error magnified by folks who are determined to declare it a failure. And what annoys me is that I don't see that the opposition to it is because they think they have a better way of controlling health care costs. I see a lot of people who just want to beat Barack Obama at something. That is not a good reason.
