These are the end credits to one of the many TV programs of Ernie Kovacs. Only Ernie Kovacs could have end credits that ran three and a half minutes and were more entertaining than most shows.
When I was a kid, I loved that tune that Mr. Kovacs often used on his programs and wondered who wrote it and what it was called. Turns out it's "Rialto Ripples" by George Gershwin and Will Donaldson.
