Just in the nick o' time, we remind you that today is the birthday of one of the all-time great cartoonists, Walt Kelly. He was born this day in 1913 and grew up to create Pogo Possum, Albert Alligator and all the colorful (even when in black-and-white) denizens of the Okefenokee Swamp.
